Please note your phone call and email will be responded to within 48-72 hours. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. If you are contacting your Primary Care team during the weekend, your phone call/email will be responded to the next business day.

If you are in an active Cycle Monitoring treatment plan:


The Cycle Monitoring team will be in touch with you by phone with results and next steps on the same day Monday to Sunday before 3 pm.

If you experience a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency department.
