Please note your phone call and email will be responded to within 48-72 hours. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. If you are contacting your Primary Care team during the weekend, your phone call/email will be responded to the next business day.

‍If you are in an active Cycle Monitoring treatment plan
‍The Cycle Monitoring team will be in touch with you by phone with results and next steps on the same day Monday to Sunday before 3 pm.
