Book a consultationThe “My Fertility IQ” program provides insight into your current reproductive health, not a prediction of future fertility. It is important to remember that fertility declines with age and other factors, meaning your fertility is ever changing. So choose to stay informed with periodic testing.
Every individual's journey is unique, but knowledge is universally empowering. Take the step to understand your body better and plan your future with clarity and confidence.
A woman is born with a finite number of eggs, and as she ages, both the quality and quantity of her eggs gradually decline. This natural progression generally accelerates after the age of 35, which can potentially influence the chances of conception and the health of the offspring.
To guide you through this journey, our program focuses on providing critical insights into your egg quality, helping you to make informed decisions about your reproductive health and family planning strategies.
Contrary to popular belief, age also affects sperm quality in men. Although men produce new sperm throughout their lives, the quality of the sperm tends to decline gradually over time, particularly after the age of 40. This decline might affect fertility potential and can have implications on the health of the future child.

Ovarian Reserve Testing: A combination of hormone blood tests (AMH, Day 3 FSH) and vaginal ultrasound evaluates if your egg count is in a normal range for your age. It also helps predict how you may respond to various fertility treatments.
Transvaginal Ultrasound: An internal ultrasound can evaluate the uterus and ovaries. This test helps determine antral follicle count (a marker of ovarian reserve of eggs), as well as diagnose ovarian cysts, fibroids, polyps, or other malformations.
Saline Infusion Sonohysterogram (SIS): This specialized transvaginal ultrasound procedure is used to evaluate the uterus and the fallopian tubes. Sterile saline fluid is infused inside the uterus via a thin catheter, allowing your physician to visualize the uterine shape and cavity, while assessing the patency (openness) of your fallopian tubes.
Semen Analysis: This sperm sample test evaluates complete sperm health, including volume, concentration (number of sperm), motility (swimming ability), morphology (sperm shape), and if there are any infections present.
Sperm DNA Fragmentation (DFI): Sperm DNA Fragmentation index (DFI) is a sperm test that measures any damage to the DNA, the genetic material of the sperm.
